Bruton Information, Inc. was founded by Douglas D. Bruton to provide an
information mapping service via the Internet for professionals seeking to analyze
commercial estate sites for "buy, hold, or sell" purposes. Mr. Bruton, with over
20 years experience in commercial real estate investment and development, created a team
of professionals to develop an innovative and state-of-the-art service.
Bruton Information, Inc. contracted with world
leaders in mapping software to develop MSA Map - a unique
on-line mapping service that integrates current commercial real estate information with
powerful mapping capabilities. MSA Map utilizes the latest
technology in Internet and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools.
MSA Map was launched, as a
pilot project, to serve the Dallas/Fort Worth MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area).
We believe that presenting information
geographically through easy-to-read maps will revolutionize the way commercial real estate
professionals access information. No longer will companies need to make heavy investments
into purchasing data, converting that data into a spatial format, and installing mapping
